WHAT IS 3D RAPID PROTOTYPING?

Our 3D Rapid Prototyping solutions help you show the look and feel of a part or product before delving into the costly production process.

With our fast design iterations and physical proof-of-concept, we enable you to engineer your ideas into reality efficiently and effectively.

Follow the way of innovation with us

FUSED DEPOSITION MODELLING (FDM)

Fused Deposition Modelling, more popularly known as FDM, is an additive manufacturing process where the melt extrusion method is used to deposit filaments of thermal plastics according to a specific pattern.

Along with accuracy and repeatability, it’s clean, simple usage and office-friendly technology it is one of the most widely used printing technology. Manufacture prototypes and functional parts faster and at a low cost from a wide range of thermoplastic materials with our assistance

STEREOLITHOGRAPHY (SLA)

Stereo Lithography may be a 3D printing which uses a computer-controlled moving beam, pre-programmed using CAM/CAD software.

Stereo Lithography parts are often produced during a big choice of materials, extremely high feature resolutions, and quality surface finishes are possible with SL.

SELECTIVE LASER SINTERING (SLS)

Used to manufacture complex and tough functional parts, this powder based technology helps produce parts that need to be impact resistant or withstand chemical and high-heat environments.

From manufacturing automotive design, aerospace parts, medical devices, jigs, fixtures, or tools, our tools will take care of everything.

DIRECT METAL LASER SINTERING (DMLS)

Used for manufacturing gas and oil components, custom medical guides and more. This manufacturing process is used for manufacturing complex geometries not possible to be manufactured by other manufacturing processes.

We help in manufacturing them in less time as compared to other manufacturing techniques.

MULTI JET FUSION (MJF)

A powder based 3D printing process which does not deploy lasers, it is sought after when you need short time leads and excellent quality for your products. It’s used for like brackets, covers, and more.

We offer more possibilities for complex and lower-cost parts whether they are to be manufactured in batches or in huge numbers.

We make everything possible.
