IDEAL APPLICATIONS FOR
MULTI JET FUSION

MULTI JET FUSION makes use of fine-grained materials to permit for ultra-thin layers of 80 microns. This generates parts with high density and low porosity, compared to parts produced with Laser Sintering. 

It also helps to an exceptionally smooth surface straight out of the printer, and functional parts need minimal post-production finishing. which suggests short lead times, ideal for functional prototypes and little series of end-parts.

Nylon PA12

The Nylon PA12 (plastic) created from a fine polyamide powder, more commonly known as plastic. The good mechanical properties of this nylon material will be for more advanced additive manufacturing projects and can even substitute injection molding plastics.

TPU 90A-01 & Nylon PA12

It is a good general-use plastic with broad additive applications and is known for its toughness, tensile strength, impact strength and ability to flex without fracture. They has long been used by injection molders due to these mechanical properties.
